#002 – The Scenery that I’m looking at with ARASHI

(Boku no Miteiru Fuukei) …which means “The Scenery I’m Looking At” is Arashi’s ninth studio album released in 2010. Already 10 years ago. It was one of my favourite and most memorable ARASHI album for me by far (hey, they might release albums even when they are in their 60s!). I bought it when I was still in Chester and played this song on loop for the whole summer of 2010 (and even months after that). Even until now, everytime I listen to the song, I can see clearly my room in Chester, all those streets from home to the location of my part-time job. Even I can still…

    #001 – ARASHI for me is…HOME

Arashi will be on hiatus in 2021 The saddest phrase for all ARASHIAN in the world. Our dearest group will take a break for a bit. It might be temporary but they still don’t know when they’re coming back. We first heard about this news in 27 January 2019 when they announced it via Johnny’s Family Club video message and a press conference. It was heartbreaking for most of us who got their life boost from the boys but at the same time it is understandable. So, today mark the 100 days before the last day before hiatus (31 December 2020). I am planning to do a one-ARASHI-post-a-day for 100…

    Review : MUSASHI (2010)

Actually, I wrote this review around 8 years ago when I went to see MUSASHI stageplay in London. However due to the tragedy of my previous blog, I lost that post. So let me re-post it. Bare in mind, this review is based on sort-of-fangirl-ish point of view. First of all, because I only watched it once, there were some part of the story that got mixed up in my head and even a bit forgotten but I think I still remember most of it! Written by : Inoue Hisashi Directed by : Ninagawa Yukio Music Composed by : Miyagawa Akira Cast: Miyamoto Musashi  –  Fujiwara Tatsuya Sasaki Kojiro  –  Katsuji Ryo Fudeya…
