Weight Loss Challenge 2018

I have a Ballet performance in 2 months. Unfortunately my current weight is not the best one for sure. I need to lose quite a lot. However, at the moment I don’t really have the willpower to do any proper diet or workout. So I thought if I have to write it online, I might have that push to prove that I actually can.

So, my aim is to lose 10 kg in 2 months. Yeah, kinda impossible but let’s try!

My plan is :

  1. Cut my food portion
  2. Work out every day at least 30 minutes
  3. Drink water only (and black coffee in the morning)

Let’s do just that first and we’ll see what happen in a week. I’ll post the progress next week. Hopefully there’s some changes on the scale.

I put the post the “Boost” category because I will use this to boost up my self esteem!
